Educational exercises for cognitive overlap and their impact on learning some hoop skills for rhythmic gymnastics

The aim of the research is to prepare educational exercises for cognitive overlap learn some hoop skills in rhythmic gymnastics, and researcher used experimental approach by designing two control groups on students College Physical Education Sports Sciences at University Baghdad Al-Mustansiriya, numbering 18 students. Rhythmic rate one unit per week 12 units. are implemented group main section unit, its time 45 minutes. results showed superiority over studied recommended use overlapping exercises, especially gymnastics skills.
